Therapy with me
I support individuals who are often insightful and self-aware, yet continue to feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, or disconnection. Many clients come to this work after previous therapy and are seeking a more experiential, body-based approach. My approach is somatic, holistic, intuitive and grounded in an understanding of the mind-body connection. I aim to create a space where you feel supported in exploring your internal experience with curiosity and compassion.
“You don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode. It’s a relief to come back into your body, reconnect with yourself, and feel more at home in who you are.”
Together, we slow down and begin to listen to what your body has been holding, allowing for deeper healing beyond insight alone. I integrate somatic awareness, mindfulness, breathwork, expressive arts and parts-informed perspectives to support both present-day challenges and the underlying patterns that shape them. As your nervous system begins to feel safer, you may notice increased emotional capacity, clarity, and a growing sense of self-trust. Over time, this work supports a more grounded, connected, and sustainable way of relating to yourself and your life.
My background
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California with a Master’s degree in Holistic Counseling Psychology from John F Kennedy University. My clinical work is informed by over a decade of study in trauma, human development, and mindfulness-based practices. In addition to psychotherapy, I am a certified yoga teacher with advanced training in yin yoga. I continue to pursue ongoing education in breathwork, energywork, and and earth-based healing practices.
My path into this work has been rooted in a deep curiosity about the human experience and our connection to the larger than human world. I’m passionate about supporting people in reconnecting with their innate wisdom, natural capacity to heal, and a deeper sense of wholeness, often by drawing on grounding nature based perspectives that remind us we are part of something larger.

Treatment approach
My work is rooted in a belief that healing happens not just through insight, but through developing a deeper relationship with your internal experience. I integrate somatic therapy, mindfulness, expressive arts, and breathwork to support nervous system and emotional processing in a way that feels both grounded and meaningful.
I work collaboratively and at a pace that honors your system. Rather than pushing for change, we focus on creating the conditions that allow your body and mind to shift organically. This often means slowing down, increasing awareness, and learning how to listen to the cues your body has likely been communicating for a long time.
In our work, you’ll begin to:
Build awareness of your body and internal cues
Recognize how stress and emotions show up physically and emotionally
Develop tools to support your nervous system in moments of overwhelm
Safely process stored emotional experiences with support
Strengthen a sense of self-trust and internal guidance
I bring curiosity and flexibility into the process, integrating different approaches depending on what resonates most with you. This may include mindfulness practices, somatic tracking, or creative expression as a way to access and process experiences that are difficult to put into words.
Over time, many clients notice they are not only understanding themselves differently, but experiencing themselves differently. There is often a greater sense of grounding, connection, and capacity to respond to life with more clarity and choice. This is where change becomes more sustainable, moving beyond insight into a more embodied way of living.
