The disconnection you feel from your life force, energy, motivation, and relationships is your nervous system’s way of protecting you when there is not enough support to process your pain.
Our depression therapy provides the support you need to express and release what is stuck at the body level. This allows your energy and emotion to flow and restores your life force energy and vitality. Our approach to treating depression is based on the nervous system and applies straight-forward evidence-based techniques.
In sessions you can expect:

Healing begins with a safe and supportive connection. We work at your pace without rushing or pushing.

We build a shared understanding of how your depression operates and what keeps it in place today. In the process, we meet your protective parts that guard emotional burdens and unprocessed losses and we map out what needs to happen in order to heal.

Inside every session, we use focused somatic techniques to get to the root of your depression.
You'll learn how to listen, really listen, to the signals your body is sending.
This awareness work allows blocked energy & emotional pain to discharge & restores you to a baseline of restful alertness and natural motivation and energy. This state becomes a home base you can keep coming back to.
